Phenotypes: list with counts

We publish a list of current and planned phenotypes, along with counts observed in current volunteers, from the Genes & Health study (East London Genes & Health, Bradford Genes & Health).

Here ‘Phenotypes’ means diseases, traits, clinical measurements, prescribing or other clinical information, self-reported information; binary or quantitative; from all types of e-health records, questionnaires or other datasets.

Counts of numbers of individuals with diseases are provided (binary traits), counts of numbers of people with a clinical measurement are provided (continuous traits).

Our older (2019/2020) list of phenotypes and counts (which does not include NHS Digital Hospital Episode Statistics) is here, as is its data dictionary - no longer being updated.

Our new phenotypes, codelists, and counts (kept updated) are here, these now include NHS Digital Hospital Episode Statistics, as well as updated datasets from 7 local CCGs (primary care), Barts Health NHS Trust, Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Public Health England (now UKHSA).
