We publish a list of current and planned phenotypes, along with counts observed in current volunteers, from the Genes & Health study (East London Genes & Health, Bradford Genes & Health).
Here ‘Phenotypes’ means diseases, traits, clinical measurements, prescribing or other clinical information, self-reported information; binary or quantitative; from all types of e-health records, questionnaires or other datasets.
Counts of numbers of individuals with diseases are provided (binary traits), counts of numbers of people with a clinical measurement are provided (continuous traits).
The google sheet is here and is kept regularly updated.
The data dictionary describes how these research phenotypes were generated/curated.
